Smiths Double Coupon Event

Smiths will be doubling all coupons up to $1. Now thru Tuesday the 14th. How this works is any coupon under $1 will be taken as $1. So .30 will equal $1, .40 will equal a dollar, and so forth. $1 coupons will be taken as face value.
